Hello! I am Natalia Valderrama

Founder & CEO of Valtoro Consulting, LLC

Former Wall Street Banker

I started my career in Wall Street as an Investment Banker where I had the opportunity to touch some of the largest and most interesting merger and acquisition deals at the time. For almost 15 years, I have evaluated many different types of businesses across the globe, including startups, early stage companies, large privates, and publicly traded companies.

My sector expertise spans across industrial companies, financial institutions, manufacturing, automotive, construction, government services, technology, AI, and more. I pull all my experience to provide recommendations to clients on strategic direction, cost control and profit optimization, large capital projects, transaction advisory, and sucession planning, among others.

As a result of participating in numerous business transformations, I have learned invaluable lessons on what makes business models work and what doesn't. I've seen what drives success in an organization as well as the common pitfalls that keep it from thriving.
